Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in our referral program. 

By referring a friend or participating in the program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Eligibility:

1. Information on how to enter & rewards forms part of these terms & conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
2. The referral program is open to legal residents of Australia.
3. Referrers must be at least 18 years old to participate.
4. The referred friend must be a car owner looking to sell their vehicle in Brisbane.
5. Limit to one (1) $100 Visa Gift Card per referrer regardless of amount of referral’s given.

Referral:

1. To be eligible for the referral program, the referrer must complete and submit the referral form on our website, providing accurate and complete information about themselves and the person they are referring to.
2. A referrer cannot refer themselves.
3. Referrals can only be made by individuals, not businesses or organisations.
4. Referrals made before the referral program launch will not be eligible for rewards.
5. Referrals must result in a successful car sale with our company to be eligible for rewards.
6. No responsibility is accepted for lost entries. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions are invalid.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Rewards:

1. Upon successfully completing a referred friend’s car sale, the referrer will be eligible to receive a $100 Visa Gift card.
2. The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
3. Only one reward will be given per successful referral.
4. No individual prize will exceed the $100 Visa voucher.
5. The reward will be emailed to the referrer within 30 days of completing the referred friend’s car sale.
6. The reward value is correct at the time of printing, but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the reward. 
7. If a reward (or part of the reward) is unavailable, the Promoter, at its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the reward (or that part of the reward) with a reward to the equal value and/or specification, subject to written directions from state regulatory bodies.
8. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage that is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the reward, except for any liability that the law cannot exclude.Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw if an entrant cannot comply with these Terms & Conditions, forfeiting or not claiming a reward. Any unclaimed reward three months after the date will not receive the reward.

Compliance:

1. Referrals must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Fraudulent, dishonest, or unethical behaviour, including but not limited to self-referrals or creating fake referrals, will result in disqualification from the program.
3. No responsibility is accepted for lost entries. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions are invalid.

Modification or Termination:

1. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
2. Any modifications to the program will be effective immediately upon posting updated terms and conditions on our website.
3. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel, terminate, or modify the promotion, subject to written directions from state regulatory bodies.

Privacy:

1. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered into a database, and the Promoter may use the entrants’ names, addresses, telephone numbers and the winners’ names and addresses, photographs, and the entry itself for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

2. The Promoter collects personal information to conduct the Promotion. For this purpose, it may disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, reward suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may also use the information it collects for future promotional, marketing, publicity, research, and profiling purposes in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
3. By participating in our referral program, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, damages, or losses arising from your participation or referral activities.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the referrer and our company regarding the referral program and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
